Wake Forest University
Wake Forest University, offers an online master studies in law that requires 30 credits. Students may study full-time or part-time, and classes are entirely asynchronous. However, students study, interact, and collaborate with a virtual cohort of fellow students, with whom you progress through the program simultaneously. The program focuses on mitigating risk and addressing compliance in today’s increasingly complex legal and regulatory environment.
The core curriculum consists of 5 classes (13.5 credits):
- Public Law
- Private Law
- Business Law and Literacy
- Legal Foundations
- The Unauthorized Practice of Law
Students then take 10.5 credits of Track Courses, selecting from 14 courses in each specialization. Student also may choose up to six elective credits in these professional tracks:
- Business Law & Compliance
- Health Law & Policy
- Human Resources
The remaining two courses may be selected from any of the elective courses offered.
